Every utility dollar, measured from one peg
We track bills, read tariffs and price green power for multi-site companies.

Five services, priced in public
Each one reads your bills against the same signed baseline.

Utility bill tracking
Every electric, gas and water bill checked against the tariff and explained each month.

Energy consumption monitoring
A signed baseline for every site, then interval data watched for drift and demand spikes.

Tariff analysis
Each account’s rate schedule rerun against its real load, with the math shown.

Green utility optimization
Green tariffs, community solar, RECs and on-site solar priced side by side.

Clean energy advisory
Energize Denver and state benchmarking filings, plus a dated plan for which site to upgrade.
An NREL analysis of more than 10,000 utility tariffs found demand charges “can account for anywhere from 30% to 70% of a customer’s electricity bill.” So we read the demand line first.

Read the Peg MethodExample: a 22-clinic veterinary group
Example engagement. A veterinary group runs 22 clinics from Fort Collins to Pueblo on three utilities. Figures are illustrative.
Send three bills- Week 1
Three bills read
The controller sends three bills. Our written read flags one clinic billed on estimated reads four months running.
- Weeks 2 to 7
Set the peg
We pull 24 months for 60 meters, tie each to a clinic, weather-normalize, and the group signs the baseline.
- Weeks 7 to 9
Read against it
Every bill checked against the baseline and tariff. The emergency hospital peaks at 6 a.m., when HVAC and laundry start together.
- Weeks 9 to 14
Fix what moved
We file the estimated-read correction and one rate change request; the hospital staggers its morning start-up.
- Month 4 on
Hold the peg
One page a month by the 10th business day. When a clinic opens in Aurora, the baseline moves, in writing.
